SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that all orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning all applicable taxes and import duties are included in the shipping cost.

Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We are not responsible for covering import taxes or customs duties. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the regulations and tax rates of the destination country upon delivery.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. However, please check the individual product descriptions, as some items may be available for preorder and require additional time for processing and shipping.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or different from the original order.

Please make sure your address is correct and pick up your package immediately. We are not responsible for missed packages or incorrect addresses.

Reshipping requires the return of the original packaging and additional shipping charges on your part.
